Are you selling authentic designer fragrances?

We offer high-quality, luxury-inspired fragrances that pay tribute to well-known designer scents. Our products are crafted using carefully sourced ngredients from around the world, resulting in unique and captivating aromas that are sure to delight you.

It's important to note that we do not sell the original designer fragrances, and we are not affiliated with the designer brands or their manufacturers. All trademarks belong to their respective owners. Our use of these names is solely for comparison purposes. We are in compliance with the Federal Trade Commission's Statement of Policy Regarding Comparative Advertising.

What is the difference between Perfume and Perfume Oils?

Perfume oils are known for their longer-lasting and stronger fragrance compared to traditional perfumes which contain alcohol. Perfume oils are more concentrated and can retain their scent on the skin for an extended period.

When using our perfume oils, you'll notice that they are much stronger than alcohol-based perfumes. Just a small dab of perfume oil can be as potent as three sprays of perfume. If you're new to our products, start with a small amount and adjust the strength as needed to find your ideal fragrance level.

How do I apply the perfume oil?

One of the most common methods for applying perfume oils is to dab them on your pulse points. These points naturally emit heat, which helps the oils to project their scent more effectively and extend their longevity. Please see our How to Apply Perfume Oils   section for more details.

Orders & Shipping

How do I cancel my order?

If you have changed your mind on your order, email us at info@amanoir.ca as soon as possible and we will be happy to assist you. Please ensure to include your order details.

How long does shipping take?

We are committed to shipping your orders promptly and securely and expect most orders to be processed within 2 - 4 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is processed.

Domestic shipping: Our standard shipping ranges anywhere from 3 - 10 business days. International shipping: Depending on your location, international shipping typically takes up to 3 weeks to arrive.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order has been processed to the e-mail address provided at the time of checkout. You will receive a second e-mail once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. Please allow 1 - 4 days for the tracking information to show. In some rare case, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order.

Returns & Exchanges

How can I return or exchange my product?

If you would like to return or exchange your product, please email us at info@amanoir.ca with your order number and the items you wish to return.

We are happy to process returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required to complete your return.

After we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of your returned item. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 3 - 7 business days, depending on your bank.

What if my product arrived damaged?

We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive safely. However, if your product arrives damaged, please contact us at info@amanoir.ca with the following information:

  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging
  • Quantity of damaged products
  • Your order details
